Standing in the middle as ambassadors.
2 Corinthians 5:20-21
Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
Personal Challenge...
How is it that the Lord God Almighty, the Creator God, would be pleading through us? It is because He uses us as His ambassadors to be light and salt wherever we go, and in whatever we do, to bring people to Him. We are no longer of this world but on assignment here to point people to Him. He is so serious about this that He sent His only Son to be the ultimate ambassador. How am I living my life in this role? Am I pointing people to Him or causing them to turn away? Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy. Lord, have mercy.
