TRUST AND HOPE
It is good to trust in the Lord
Rather than to trust in man;
It is good to hope in the Lord
Rather than to hope in rulers.
Personal Challenge
It is difficult for us finite human beings to not put our hope and trust in fellow humans. God is the only one that we can trust. Putting our unwavering and total trust in people of this world will only end in bad results. Putting our hope in people leads us down their path and their ways, which will never end up God's ways. God deserves our complete trust and hope, and He will never lead us astray Lord, have mercy! Lord, have mercy! Lord, have mercy!
