Faith in practice...
Zechariah 7:9-10
Thus says the Lord Almighty: 'Render a just judgment; show mercy and compassion each to his brother. Do not oppress the widow, or the orphan, or the foreigner, or the poor. And let not one remember in his heart any wrong of his brother.'
Personal Challenge...
Once again we are reminded to be other focused, to put the needs of others before our own...especially the widow, the orphans, the foreigner, and the poor. Isn't this the ultimate expression of faith in our God? Faith that He will meet our own needs as we strive to meet the needs of others. Faith that we will never run out of resources as we cease to hoard them and give them to others. Faith in our God.
