Praise the Lord, O my soul.
I shall praise the Lord while I live;
I shall sing to my God as long as I exist.

Our Lord, Our God, is worthy of our constant praises and songs lifted up to Him. As I praise Him my focus shifts from me to Him, from the temporal to the heavenly.
